Themes are compiled, modified, and packaged for educational reference and practical customization. We do not claim to be the original creators or owners of all themes unless explicitly stated. Clients purchasing any theme are responsible for reviewing and complying with Shopify's Terms of Use and Licensing Policies.
You may use the downloaded theme for your own Shopify store or for a client project. Redistribution, resale, or public uploading of any theme files is strictly prohibited. You may not present any of our modified themes as your own original product for commercial resale.
Full payment must be made before delivery of any theme or service. Payments are accepted via secure channel, Stripe (via PocketsFlow). Pricing is subject to change without notice.
All products are digital and will be delivered via email, download link, or cloud storage access after successful payment. Access may be restricted if there is a violation of these Terms or for compliance-related reasons.
Webuilders.shop operates legally and transparently. No pirated, stolen, or copyrighted themes are intentionally included in any bundle. If a violation is brought to our attention, we will investigate and remove any non-compliant material immediately.
Clients must verify their right to use any downloaded theme in accordance with Shopify policies. We hold no liability for client misuse of the themes.
Webuilders.shop is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our themes. We do not guarantee any increase in sales, SEO results, or performance improvements.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
